HANDLING CHARGES: There is NO HANDLING CHARGE ON STOCKING ORDERS..

MINIMUM ORDER: A $4.95 minimum order charge is applied to all orders under $50.00.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All transactions requiring special ordering,handling, parts, labor or freight are subject to charges based upon cancellation.

All Belden products carry a no cancellation after 48 hours of your order, policy. Once your order is 48 hours old, you may not cancel it. This is Belden’s policy, we will work with you when able regarding products we normally stock.

DROP SHIPMENT CHARGES: A $4.95 fee is applied to all Drop Shipments. ALL Drop Shipments from TecNec are HANDLED IN CONFIDENCE with the Dealer. Manufacturer's Drop Ship fees, terms & conditions may also apply.

UNDER SHIPMENTS: We do our best to accommodate your requests to ship on your specified shipping account. In the event that this does not happen, shipments are made at the discretion of TecNec and ultimately the dealer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.

SPECIAL OFFERS: Closeouts and Demo/B-Stock Items, Special pricing and availablity on New/Unused, Closeout or B-Stock items is valid solely for items that are In Stock, and quantities may be limited. Please contact sales if you wish to purchase several Special Offer, Closeout or Demo/B-Stock Items to ensure availability.

VENDOR MAP POLICIES:
Vendor MAP policies must be followed by all dealers & e-commerce reseller’s. MAP pricing can be found on the downloadable dealer price on the TecNec website. This pricing is indicated with RED numbers, and is updated weekly. Any resellers in violation of a vendor’s MAP policy will no longer be allowed to purchase that line from TecNec. Further violations will result in termination of dealership with TecNec Distributing.

• Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, Discover & Amex
• Net 20 Days upon approval of completed credit application.

ANNUAL SALES VOLUME: In the spirit of mutual support, TecNec requires a minimum of $1,000 in dealer sales annually to maintain dealer status.

F.O.B.: Factory: Saugerties, New York.

SHIPMENT: All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. MOST orders ship same day from our primary ware-house in Saugerties, NY if received by 3PM ET. Priority Shipments ONLY until 4 PM ET. All orders and shipment confirmations can be confirmed electronically by e-mail. Please keep us up to date with your preferred e-mail address. TecNec offers shipping on 3rd party accounts as a courtesy for accounts in good standing and do our best to accommodate your requests to ship on your specified shipping account. In the event that this does not happen, shipments are made at the discretion of TecNec and ultimately the dealer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. Orders not meeting minimum order amount will not qualify for third party billing. We cannot ship on 3rd party UPS & Fedex shipping accounts if the order does not meet our minimum order value of $50.00.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Return shipments without prior authorization will be refused. TecNec permits Returns/Exchanges, within 30 Days of Purchase via a previously arranged Return Authorization number issued by TecNec. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be credited less freight (except for in warranty repairs or items shipped in error by TECNEC). All credits will be issued in the form of a house credit. Custom Items (ie. Cables, Wall Plates, Rack Panels) May Not Be Returned. Bulk Cable Cut to Order by the foot is non returnable. Any returns over 30 days are subject to refusal (must be in resellable condition). Special Order, Non-Stock items and Drop Shipped items from TecNec manufacturers may be subject to vendor restocking fees in addition to TECNEC's. BEFORE returning items for any reason, an RA# (return authorization) must be obtained by completing, signing and faxing this form to Emily Wells in the Customer Service Department.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All products sold by TecNec are warranted to the Dealer's customer, for normal application, for a period of 90 days from date of sale to the Dealer's customer. If the product is defective in material or workmanship, or fails to operate for the Manufacturer's intended purpose during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced when returned to the au- thorized Dealer free of charge by TecNec. The dealer must provide TecNec with customer proof of purchase on all prod- ucts returned. There are no other expressed or implied warranties except as set forth herein. There is no warranty covering consequential damages, or incidental expenses, including injury to persons or property.

ALL POLICIES, TERMS, CONDITIONS, SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO TECNEC'S APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE AT OUR OFFICES.
